Joined the gym a few blocks down the street. Put in two hours today lifting on the equipment and doing a half hour of cardio. I’d been running in Prospect Park and using resistance bands at home. Not really seeing the results I’d like. I weighed myself before working out and thought, “cool, I’d like to just drop 12 pounds.” I weighed myself at the end and was 6 pounds heavier. Going to take a nap.
